Abstract: The maintenance management system of coal mining electromechanical equipment based on RCM is researched to solve the problem of the traditional maintenance management system on time．The theory and the decision-making of RCM are introduced, the decision method of the management mode is described, the maintenance period is analyzed, the maintenance strategy is decided, and the function module of the system is designed. The result shows that the equipment maintenance period can be arranged more reasonable, the maintenance cost can be reduced, the running quality of the equipment can be raised, and the lifetime of the equipment also be extended with RCM in the coal mine equipment maintenance management system．
